Made a banana cheesecake for mother's day. On the cake, clockwise is my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law, and my niece.

Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 9" pie crust
  • 3 Philadelphia cream cheese (8oz)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 lb dark chocolate (optional)
  • decorate with strawberry

The filling end up to be enough for 2 pies, so i think for 1 pie, just use 2 cream cheese and half banana is enough. Use fresh banana. If your banana is too ripe and start turning brown, then you'll see dark spots, like mine.

Steps:
  1. Blend all ingredients together, then pour into pie crust
  2. bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes
  3. Let cheesecake cooldown, then fridge it for at least 1 hour.
  4. (optional) melt dark chocolate, and use chopstick dip into chocolate and draw, you have to draw swiftly, otherwise melted chocolate touch cold cheesecake, and it will solidify quickly.
  5. eat
