whole bunch of potatos

handful of celery

6 eggs

salt and Mayonnaise

This will yield enough potato salad for 2 large bowl, so adjust your portion accordingly.

Steps

Steam potato for 30 minutes, using steamer like shown below. I think 20 minutes is enough, but I steamed longer, just to be sure.

cool off potatos in cold water, and peel off potato skin.

boil 6 eggs for 10 minutes. cool off in cold water, and peel off egg shell.

dice potato and eggs, and discard egg yolk.

chop celery into tiny pieces

mix everything together, with salt and Mayonnaise.

Before put in Mayonnaise.

final result.

Total took about 1.5 hour. peeling potato and eggs, and cutting are quite labor intensive. :(

Made a banana cheesecake for mother's day. On the cake, clockwise is my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law, and my niece.

Recipe

Ingredients:

1 9" pie crust

3 Philadelphia cream cheese (8oz)

3 eggs

1/4 cup sugar

1 banana

1/2 lb dark chocolate (optional)

decorate with strawberry

The filling end up to be enough for 2 pies, so i think for 1 pie, just use 2 cream cheese and half banana is enough. Use fresh banana. If your banana is too ripe and start turning brown, then you'll see dark spots, like mine.

Steps:

Blend all ingredients together, then pour into pie crust

bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes

Let cheesecake cooldown, then fridge it for at least 1 hour.

(optional) melt dark chocolate, and use chopstick dip into chocolate and draw, you have to draw swiftly, otherwise melted chocolate touch cold cheesecake, and it will solidify quickly.

eat
